So, Lola and I were talking earlier and decided that we really love the sound of our own voices and thought that you in the blogosphere might enjoy hearing them as well. Two of our favorite subjects are books and the people we hate. Those two topics coincide nicely in banned books... because, really, who is more hate-able than the idiots who burn books (or just try and get them off the shelves)?
Our plan for this blog is to discuss banned books, the reasons behind the banning, and why people who try and get things banned are jackasses. So sit back, hold tight, and enjoy the ride. First up will be Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury because we find is sweetly ironic that a book about burning books always pops up on the banned books list.
Looks like the twin ideas of literature and hatred were well-received!
